Returns

Linens trader not only serves you while choosing and buying products, it also assures service after delivery. Sometimes it may happen that the product does not match your requirements or you are not completely satisfied with the product, if you feel that this is the case then please free to let us know.

STANDARD RETURNS Policy:

We accept any returns with a welcoming manner. We also try our best to do everything we can to ensure returns are made in an efficient and timely manner. Returning your items is not a complicated process. However these are our key pointers when returning items.

  • Return within 30 days of the date on the receipt.
  • You will unfortunately have to pay the return postage costs and we would strongly advise using a currier that provides tracking numbers, if this service can’t be used, we will require proof of postage.
  • Returned items must be undamaged and unused.
  • For the case of heavy goods you may contact us and we will help arrange for the goods to be returned to us.
  • We would also like something in writing explaining why the goods are being returned and to know what you would like from this i.e refund or change of item.
  • Do not forget to mention your name, address, order number, goods you are returning.

Returns of faulty and damaged goods/products:

If the received product is faulty, damaged due to transportation or any other reason, you can let us know and replace with a new one or get refund.

 Just keep in mind

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • You may send us a photo of the returnable goods.
  • Original and undamaged packaging is required.

Returns of incorrect or wrong goods/products:

We ensure correct delivery of goods to our customer but it may rarely happen that you receive a product that you did not ordered. For this case simply let us know and return the product.

Order Cancellation:

Linens trader permits order cancellation with the criteria that, the cancellation should be done before the product/goods is shipped to your address. If you fail to inform us before shipment, you have to follow the procedures of returning goods. Another important issue is that we do not accept cancellations by phone so please let us know in writing via e-mail or letter.

Please Note: We cannot accept the return of  mattress protectors, pillow protectors, duvets & pillows for hygiene reasons; once they have been removed from their packaging, unless they are faulty or damaged.

Refunds:

A refund is acceptable for normal returns, returns due to incorrect or wrong goods/products and order cancellation but goods must be returned within 7 days and with Original and undamaged packaging.
